Partner Marketing Manager - Tech Partners - US (m/f/d)

The rapidly growing App Orchestration Platform (AOP) and Technology Partnerships team at Spryker is looking to hire a Partner Marketing Manager to support this team’s and Spryker’s growth in 2022 and beyond. We are a partnership-driven organization that highly values the partner’s contribution in providing the best-of-breed solutions for our joint customers.
We are looking for an independent thinker who can generate curiosity for our offerings in the partner ecosystem. This person will lead all aspects of a channel marketing in the US, work closely with colleagues and partners to create an industry-leading partner marketing program.
Your challenges
  • Work closely with the Technology Partnerships and Spryker’s Marketing organization to drive pipeline growth in the US and globally
  • Build and maintain relationships with your counterparts at partner organizations to define and execute joint marketing campaigns, GTM projects, etc.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of Spryker-led events, coordinate Spryker’s participation in industry events, lead Spryker’s participation in partner events
  • Travel to support these events as needed, regionally and globally
  • Create new marketing programs to help the Technology Partnership team with their targets
  • Create enablement content on partnership capabilities for the Spryker Direct Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Create and maintain partner-facing content for the App Orchestration Platform
  • Manage Marketing Development funds and marketing spend
  • Work cross-functionally to measure the success of partner marketing initiatives 
  • Generate reporting for senior management to gain insights into the impact of partner marketing
Your profile
  • 5+ years experience in a B2B marketing role for enterprise, cloud product companies
  • Well versed with planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Team-player who truly cares about their team
  • Excellent presentation skills. Willing to go on stage and host events, manage keynotes, etc. 
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and proactively communicate across team
  • Experience in eCommerce is an added bonus
