Marketing Operations Manager (m/f/d)

As a Marketing Operations Manager you’ll be working as a member of the 6-people strong Marketing Operations team of Spryker. Your main responsibility is to support the global demand generation teams with auditing, building, testing, launching, and measuring innovative campaigns and content assets.
Your challenges
We are looking for a bright and audacious Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing Marketing Operations team within the Marketing department. Working alongside marketing technology manager, automation experts, front-end developers, an in-house content team, and other experts, you will be focusing on the strategy, design, execution, and operations of our campaigns and lead management processes. By leveraging data, insight, and technology, you drive strategy, performance, and sustainable growth for and with the wider Go-to-market team. 
  • Proactively work with marketing stakeholders to translate the marketing vision into technical and process requirements, to help deliver on the marketing goals
  • Work closely with the Marketing leadership team to define campaign strategy and support them with the budgeting and KPI process
  • Help build and optimize a robust tech stack for our internal teams across all of their tools (primarily: Hubspot and SFDC but also tools like Drift, Zoominfo, Metadata, Leadfeeder, Unbounce, SalesLoft, Zoom, and more)
  • Make sure we have consistently high data quality that can fuel advanced reporting and actionable insights 
  • Manage analytics, reporting, and team dashboards to measure the effectiveness of the marketing channels
  • Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn and optimize. Enable the team to conduct regular A/B testing across all channels
  • Align with different stakeholders in the Marketing and Sales teams on results of marketing campaigns, gain quantitative and qualitative feedback, and generate ideas for campaign optimizations
  • Document processes in our internal knowledge base and train colleagues to leverage existing tools and processes
Your profile
  • You have 3+ years experience working in a B2B Marketing organization, with preference for B2B SaaS experience
  • 3+ years experience working with GA and GTM
  • 3+ years experience working with Hubspot (or other marketing automation platform) - workflows (Salesforce, Salesloft, Zapier, Google Tag Manager)
  • Experience with A/B testing, experiment design, campaign analysis (attribution reporting is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of the demand funnel, revenue attribution, and customer lifecycle
  • Experience with targeting, segmentation, and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand generation campaigns.
  • Experience managing ABM solutions is a plus
  • Team player: Over-communicate, ask and answer questions, communicate issues, and support others on the team
  • Strong ownership instinct and ability to pivot when things don’t go to plan.
  • You speak fluent English and have excellent attention to detail
