As a Graphic Designer at Spryker, you will be joining our creative team to help us tell our story in an innovative way while ushering the visual elements of the brand into the future. You will closely work with the US Marketing team to drive Sprykers brand awareness in the US market,

We are looking for a graphic designer based in the US with video editing skills, someone who is always at the forefront of 'what's next' and has the innate ability to break down complex ideas into small, easy-to-understand visual ideas.

Your challenges
  • Work closely with the US Marketing Team on regional events and promotional activities
  • Create and develop engaging, visual experiences that transmit our key messages in a compelling way to the target audience (print and digital).
  • Provide new and fresh creative ideas on how to approach website and social media to create content that draws attention to our products and captures a new audience
  • Create designs for the official Spryker website and our events that bring across powerful branding and support Spryker and our partners to create strong visibility and promote successful activities
  • Ensure all sales and marketing assets are aligned with current brand guidelines
  • Work daily with all the Squads from our Marketing team (our Content, Product Marketing, Sales…) and other teams across Spryker, and Event Marketing teams to understand objectives and help carry out our vision
  • Manage both long- and short-term marketing goals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Your profile
  • You have at least 4+ years of visual design experience
  • You have a degree in Design, or comparable qualifications
  • You have solid video editing skills 
  • You are familiar with preparing print files correctly
  • You have an affinity for design and a good overview of digital trends
  • You have solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator etc.)
  • You are a true team player, challenge the status quo, know how to work independently, and moreover proactively suggest innovative and creative approaches
  • You have high aesthetic standards and a strong sense for brands, visual language, and storytelling
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
