Spryker is soaring at high speed towards global expansion! With one of our business objectives being to double down on our employee base in 2022, aiming at 1000 employees by the end of the year, our  Product Marketing team needs YOUR support!
Our herd is looking for an entrepreneurial-driven Product Marketing professional with eCommerce industry experience, who understands complex and technical content quickly and packages relevant materials for marketing and sales. The Product Marketing Manager will report to and collaborate closely with our larger marketing team to showcase our solution to our target audience, hence achieving our common goal and driving us to success.
Your challenges
  • Be Spryker’s storyteller in North America! Market our product to the outside world and explain why customers can and should be excited about us
  • Gathering and analyzing competitive and market insights for accurate and confident strategic decision-making in market opportunity, penetration, and development for the American market
  • You’re extremely good at converting the complex into simple – conveying highly innovative and technical language into a clear sales and marketing-oriented message and helping our internal teams understand what Spryker is about
  • Creating compelling customer-facing materials that represent the Spryker product in the best possible way; like product catalogs, handouts, presentations, and videos
  • Supporting the creation and adjustments of effective marketing materials, like how-to videos, use-cases, podcasts, white papers, and business cases to engage and educate our American target audience
  • Managing relationships with relevant stakeholders in North America and handling communication between various different departments and teams
Your profile
  • Deep understanding of the American B2B and e-commerce market
  • You are proud of your stellar career in product marketing (senior > 5 years of experience) and have breathed the air of SaaS or PaaS hyper scale-ups
  • Your passion for tech and marketing trends is undeniable, and you have worked in the eCommerce industry for some time
  • Skilled to explain and illustrate complex things in a simple way
  • Experienced in working with cross-functional teams to gather technical details and develop suitable content
  • Marketing, and copy/technical writing skills for a software product
  • Furthermore, basic media skills and know-how to use PowerPoint Pro and WordPress
  • Very strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English (native speaker level). German language skills are a plus
